Villa Policies

Guest Capacity & Sleeping

Villa Plaka Divani can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

• Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, suitable for up to 7 adults across the bedrooms
• Extra sleeping: 1 sofa converts to a double bed
• Additional sofa: accommodates 1 adult

Extra Guests (Over 10)

For groups larger than 10, we can host up to 12 guests maximum. For any guests over 10, there is an additional charge of:

• €65 per extra guest, per day

For these larger groups, foldable beds will be provided to support sleeping arrangements.

Guest Access

Guests may use all areas of the property except the storage area, which will remain locked.

Security

For your safety and peace of mind, an exterior security camera is installed exclusively to monitor the parking area. No interior or private areas are recorded.

Swimming Pool Safety

The pool is unsupervised. Children must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult at all times. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

House Rules

• No events or parties. Please respect our neighbors—loud gatherings are not permitted.
• Smoking: permitted only in exterior areas. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
• No pets. This helps protect future guests who may have allergies.
• Minimum age: the primary booking guest must be 18+.

Payment Policy

1. Initial payment: A 15% Reservation Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and is non-refundable.
2. Balance payment: The remaining balnce is due 38+ days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
3. Bookings made close to arrival: If you book within 38 daysof check-in, the full reservation amount is required at the time of booking.
4. Payment assistance: If we are unable to process the balance payment when due, a member of our team will contact you promptly to assist in resolving the matter.

Cancellation Policy

1. Initial deposit: The 15% Reservation Fee secures your booking dates and is non-refundable.
2. Advance cancellation: To avoid being charged the remaining balance, cancellations must be made no later than 38 days prior to check-in.
3. Late cancellation or no-show: In the event of cancellation within 38 days of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the reservation is charged 100% of the total price.
