We want your stay at Villa Plaka Divani to be relaxing, comfortable, and worry-free. Please review the policies below before booking.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM (flexible)
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- No events or parties
- No pets
- Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas
- Minimum age: Primary guest must be 18+
Guest Capacity
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. It includes 4 bedrooms suitable for up to 7 adults, one sofa that converts to a double bed, and an additional sofa for one adult.
Families are welcome, and a baby crib can be provided upon request.
For groups larger than 10, we can host up to 12 guests maximum. An additional fee of €65 per extra guest, per day applies. Foldable beds will be provided.
Payment & Cancellation
- 15% Reservation Fee required at booking (non-refundable)
- Remaining balance due at least 38 days prior to check-in
- Bookings within 38 days require full payment
- Cancellations within 38 days are subject to the full reservation amount
